Thank you for purchasing your Youphoria Outdoors Double Hammock! Here you will find details for registering your Hammock for our 5 Year Limited Warranty and any details you will need for filing a claim.
With registration, Youphoria Outdoors offers a 5 year warranty that covers your hammock for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. Once registered your warranty will be activated and any claims are eligible to be evaluated for repair or replacement. Replacements are limited to one lifetime replacement per warranty claim.
Because every situation is unique, any warranty claim is processed and handled individually. Should you have any questions, or concerns, or want to file a warranty claim, please email us. You will be assigned an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to include in your shipment to us.
PLEASE NOTE This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure
- Accidents and other User Damage
- Neglect or improper use
To file a warranty claim:
- Email us using the “Contact Us” page of the website.
- Provide your original purchase date, order ID, and receipt.
- Provide us with a description of the issue and include photos.
- Should you need to ship your item to us for inspection, please include the RMA you receive from us and a copy of your original Receipt in the packaging.
- Please note that you are liable for all inbound shipments to us, except for cases where there was an error on our part.
- Please allow 2 full weeks to receive a confirmed response with the details of either a repair or replacement.
- Should the same color not be available we reserve the right to offer you a different color that is available.
